Brooklyn Residential Tower
by IBI Group | Gruzen Samton Architects
Brooklyn Residential Tower is a 31-story building with 267 condominium units, street level retail, and garage parking. The building is oriented in an east-west direction to provide spectacular views to the south and north. The plan of the building allows for corner windows to maximize views for all apartments. Living rooms are typically located at corners with floor-to-ceiling windows, while bedrooms have large square or rectangular windows. The south façade features a large expanse of window wall that steps outward as a series of gently curved forms. The building appears as an iconic element in the Brooklyn skyline and with its proximity to the Manhattan Bridge, it serves as a gateway to the Dumbo neighborhood.
